RESTAURANT
In the Restaurant “La Tureta”, the balance of mediterranean cuisine meets the techniques of traditional French cuisine and references to Italian cuisine. A set that becomes a philosophy of cooking, combines classical eco-processing with modern notes, expands the spectrum of flavours and textures to enhance products of the territory. Everything is homemade: from pastas to sauces, from overcooked meats, fish and vegetables, enhanced with scents planted and grown in our garden, all without forgetting the pastry, sweet legacy of the end of a meal. A menu that follows the times, the weather and its seasons, interpreted by a young kitchen brigade, with roots in Italian culture and an established training together with great chefs of the Ticino territory.

CAFETERIA
The Bar Pavone offers a selection of products typical of the classic cafeteria, but with a special feature that it is company’s pride: coffee. Composed mainly of 2 ingredients (water and coffee), the choice of raw materials was the reason for a long selection and a social choice.
Coffee is Café MASABA (reference to the site with backlinks request), born of a Swiss fair trade social responsibility project in Uganda, where a selection of 7’000 small producers grow an excellence coffee.
Water, on the other hand, is the excellent water of the Ticino valleys, filtered and cooled, added CO2 from a SSIGA certified purifier. In this way, in addition to avoiding the transport of huge amounts of water and the unnecessary production of plastic, it is possible to have a first quality for an ingredient that makes up a coffee of about 95%.
APERITIFS
An aperitif embellished with a menu rich in cocktails and long drinks, without alcool and soft drinks, to go with your convivial moment before dinner. All accompanied by a seasonal menu of appetizers, canapés, finger food and ready meals, an aperitif in the shade of an 18th century building, in the sun of a carefree leisure dolce far niente at the end of the evening.
