Bettina was born in Austria, a country with a great tradition in hotel hospitality. She had her childhood dream: to run her own hotel and to welcome guests, to take care of their well-being during a business or holiday stay. So she starts to work in the hotel business, studies languages and collects professional experiences in many roles and in different structures. Then she meets Renato, architect and life partner; they made a family together and then she had the opportunity to manage a structure in Giubiasco: a historic building, to be restored and modernised, of limited size and number of rooms, perfect for management familiar … and hence a girl’s dream come true.
But the best of the ships, however well equipped, also needs the best crew.
