CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The following conditions are valid for groups over 8 people.
MENU CHOICE
We are happy to advise you on the choice of menu composition and drinks.
It’s desirable that you choose the SAME menu for all. You can also choose two menus, but the number of people choosing menu A or menu B must be communicated a week before.
Please let us know in time if there are people with special intolerances and dietary requirements: our chefs will be happy to offer alternatives.
NUMBER OF GUESTS OR PARTICIPANTS
We kindly ask you to communicate the number of participants one week before the event. However, it’s possible to cancel the participation of 10% of people up to 24 hours before the event for free.
The last number of participants communicated to us will be taken into account for billing.
PARKING AREA
Our structure has a limited number of parking spaces available. However in Piazza Grande there are several public pay parking spaces available ( CHF 1.- / hour ) from 08am to 07pm
It’s possible to request a parking card, at our reception, valid for the desired duration ( for a fee of CHF 1.- / hour )
CONCELLATION CONDITIONS
With the confirmation of our offer a contract is stipulated between the customer and La Tureta.
Conditions:
In case of cancellation of a seminar:
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before the seminar date
- between 29 and 20 days 50% of the established cost will be invoiced
- between 19 and 10 days 75% of the established cost will be invoiced.
- between 9 days and 24 hours before the event 80% of the established cost will be invoiced
- on the same day 100% of the room/conference package rent will be invoiced
In case of cancellation of a banquet:
- From 8 to 20 people expected: between 9 days and 48 hours before the event 50% of the established cost will be invoiced
- up to 40 people: between 21 days and 72 hours before the event 50% of the established cost will be invoiced
- over 41 people: between 30 days and 4 days before the event 50% of the established cost will be invoiced
- on the same day 100% of the expected cost will be invoiced
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS for à la carte reservations for groups of 6 to 10 people
In case of cancellation:
- free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled date
- in case of no-show or late cancellation, CHF 60.- / person will be invoiced
