Our restaurant is composed of a big bright patio with a beautifully hand painted wall and a big glass ceiling offering stunning views on the beautiful walls of the old house and the Ticino starry sky. Our guests can also take a seat in one of our other cosy and carefully painted smaller halls. Our outdoor terrace overlooks the green Piazza Grande in the middle of the old town of Giubiasco.

Our cuisine is refined, with mediterranean touch and inspiration and our menus consist of different fish, meat and vegetarian dishes. We work with fresh, seasonal and regional products. Guests with special dietary needs and wishes (celiac disease, gluten or lactose intolerance) can tell us their wishes and we will be happy to prepare something special. Simone Lacaria

Siamo felici di presentarvi il nostro nuovo Chef, Simone Lacaria.simone Calabrese d’origine, ma nato nel nostro territorio, inizia il suo percorso formativo con uno degli esaminatori di cucina più riconosciuto in Ticino. Appena uscito da scuola, intraprende la sua carriera presso l’hotel Splendid Royal di Lugano e in men che non si dica, arriva ad ottenere il posto di sous-chef, momento che coincide con la vincita del premio come “miglior chef de Rotisseur” in Svizzera. Oggi presenta la sua raffinata cucina mediterranea, facendo prevalere prodotti locali, freschi, genuini e ricercati.
