Game meat season has arrived!

Starting from October 1st, our Chef will suggest you his game meat dishes, like for example calamarata with deer ragout, porcini mushrooms and pecorino cheese or wild boar fillet with cowberry sauce, creamed pumpkin, apple and cinnamon puree and brussel sprouts.
Available upon reservation, our saddle of venison served at table with red cabbage, brussel sprouts, chestnuts, porcini mushrooms, spätzli and apple in syrup with currants.
